I just watched the greatest movie ever made on TCM. The old B.W. version of Harvey.

I was going to watch it. I used to watch it when I was a youngster with my parents and my Dad would just laugh and laugh.

My father was a Navy pilot during WWII and retired from the Navy in 1966. He told me about the time he and some of his pilot buddies were getting onto a city bus one of the pilots pretend he was with a 6-foot tall rabbit.

There are a couple of lines from Elwood P. Dowd I've love and would like to use at sometime. Here they are:

Years ago, my mother used to say to me, she'd say "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so so smart, or oh so pleasant." Well, for years I was smart... I recommend pleasant. You may quote me.

Well, I've wrestled with reality for 35 years, Doctor, and I'm happy to state I finally won out over it.
