Help needed for resume.

My daughter is applying for a promotion at the state agency. It is a civil service job and the resume is the only determining factor in who gets the promotion. There are no interviews and no tests. Just the resume.

The resume can be as long as the applicant needs. She has to define acronyms and such since the person(s) reading the resume will not have experience with this agency's jargon.

For her last promotion, she turned in a four page resume which was graded as 79 out of 100. Still, she got the promotion.
