House cats are the greatest threat to wild and endangered birds. Plus their life span outside are short and unhealthy.

One of the common techniques is to stage a rescue where a fake veterinarian "resuscitates" a previously sedated animal.

How in the world was this Cat and it's kittens just plopped down in middle of a stream bed under an overpass?

It seems to me that a mother Cat and kittens would be tucked away in a safe place. Not out in the middle of an very open area.
