I have three CDs of some of their archives. Always good when one needs a chuckle. Tom and Ray were (are) golden.

but my favorite story had to do with somebody having no trouble w their car at X altitude, but then trouble at a different X altitude.

It had something to do with air pressure that made something not work, or not work well enough at I think the higher altitude.
