Can someone please do a post on

A. how to change photos to Imgur in my computer and
B. how to post them in stories and DU mails.

I'll bookmark it this time so as not to lose access to it.
Thank you in advance!

I go there, select whether to resize the image or not, (I ask "650 by 480 for message boards" for really large images, )

then drag and drop my file to the web page, and select "Dirsct Link".

That works great with DU. Fewest steps.

Imgur.com looks to be about the same.

Good luck with your posts, and if and when you run into problems (some images are "webp" that DU doesn't embed) then ask anyone, especially in the

General Computer Help

forums. In this case, the photography forum (where resides that help document that Kali referenced) is also great for getting help.

After you have created your image and it's ready to upload to DU:

(1) Go to https://postimages.org/

(2) Click on Choose images

(3) (From your computer) select then click your created image

(4) Your image will be uploaded to postimages.org

(5) Select then copy the Direct Link file name

(6) Drop that file name just below your DU posting message

(7) On DU, select Preview to see both your message and image

(8) If all is well, select Post to send your message and image to DU
