britta water filters.

a long time ago , i bought a britta water filter. was suggested to me that the water would taste better. i didnt notice any difference . did u ,? why and why not? i also at the time lost my on the ground filters. someone i know is pressureing meto get one again.,

There are so many contaminants in our water, one should look at heavy metals, human made chemicals & now plastic rate of removal.

I was looking for 1 for my daughter & found after reading about it, no way would I buy one. Sorry, I don't recall shich webzites I researched. I just googled things like "does Britta remive lead" or PCBs, etc.
