2. Beautiful animal that deserves to be free. But, I hope he will be able to instinctively hunt...

and not be attracted to other humans in the future. It is a risky proposition for those raised in captivity...

3. Most of my house cats have been good hunters despite being fed every day.

My present boy caught a big squirrel and had a HUGE woodpecker in his grasp but the bird got away - thankfully! His teeth had to be pulled due to his gum disease so his hunting days are over but he still chases insects. I'd bet his instincts kick in quickly when he gets hungry.

5. He's actually at a Jaguar sanctuary so he's not in the wild -- it just looks like it.

It was interesting to see how slowly he left the animal carrier when he was set free.
