Should We Sue CBS for $80 Billion for Editing Trump's Interview?!!

We knew that CBS was compromised when its top producers and leaders were forced out of CBS News and 60 Minutes.

We knew that CBS was compromised when it terminated its relationship with Stephen Colbert because Trump hates humor and the truth.

We knew CBS was compromised when it settled a frivolous $20 billion lawsuit Trump filed against it because he claimed he suffered “emotional distress” from a non-material edit in an interview with Kamala Harris in October 2024. The full interview was made available on the CBS website.

Then, last night, there was the 60 Minutes interview of Trump with Norah O’Donnell, where CBS only aired 28 minutes from a 73-minute interview on television. Unlike the Kamala interview—where the edits by CBS were non-material in what was aired on TV versus what was made available on the CBS website—the Trump interview included edits that were very much material. Some of the edits involved critical discussions on nuclear weapons and the economy. Significantly, 60 Minutes edited out a portion where Trump praised the “new ownership of CBS” and its “new leader” Bari Weiss. Trump said the new ownership would give him better coverage and that it would make the news better. This was edited from the CBS broadcast.
