I started watching it and expected to stop after a few minutes, but it was so interesting and helpful, that I continued. I'm about halfway through and bookmarked it to come back to. All my life, I've been a relentless optimist, but since the first term of the orange creature, the pessimism creeped up and now, well, it's definitely gotten worse. I liked what he said about pessimism reflecting realism and how it actually helps people become more compassionate. And the part about optimism and hope being huge factors in marketing and selling things was spot on too. In any case, thanks for posting it. It really gave me a new perspective. I'm going to still try to be optimistic when I can but not to be discouraged when I don't feel that way.

I LOVE THIS GUY! Everything he says speaks RIGHT to me.

He's intelligent, informed.... and talks without teleprompter or "performing for the camera". Loved it so much I gave him a contribution.

Thanks so much, Javaman!
