Democratic strategist 'absolutely' worried Trump 'going to unleash the Justice Department on' Democratic Party
(The Hill) Democratic strategist Jamal Simmons said Monday that he was absolutely worried that President Trump will unleash the Justice Department on the Democratic Party.
The question then becomes the presidents deputy chief of staff came out today, and called the Democratic Party an extremist organization, after the president said that he was going to take action against extremist organizations, Simmons told CNNs Kaitlan Collins on The Source, in a clip highlighted by Mediaite.
So, the question arises in my mind, is the president of the United States going to outlaw the Democratic Party? Is that where were headed? Is the president of the United States going to unleash the Justice Department on the Democratic Party? he added.

(11,782 posts)Its no surprise that Trump is going to continue to come after Democrats. He goes after anyone who crosses him. Lets stand up, fight back and demand the same from our leaders.
Fierce non-violence, civil disobedience, showing up in numbers is the way in my book. We should email, text, call, write, buy bumper stickers, hang signs in our windows, post messages on our lawns, buy an anti-authoritarian tee-shirt or pin, attend rallies, speak out, fine-tune our messages, boycott, and with our votes fire any representative who just goes along to get along.
Is the pin on my jacket going to do all that needs to be done? NO! But it might get a few people to stop and think
.and maybe vote.

(3,794 posts)At the state level within states that have broader RICO statutes, cases ought to be brought against the GOP as the ongoing criminal enterprise that it is.
While we're unable to do this at the Federal level currently, we absolutely can pursue RICO cases against the GOP at the state level within many states.
Here's to the ultimate dissolution of the GOP in it's entirety.
Fuck fascists.
