US court overturns conviction of former Honduran president Hernandez

April 8 (Reuters) - A U.S. ​court of ‌appeals on ​Wednesday ​ruled to overturn ⁠the ​conviction against ​former Honduran President ​Juan ​Orlando Hernandez and ‌ordered ⁠a judge to remove ​the ​charges ⁠against ​him.

claiming that the investigation was a "Biden administration set up” just "because he was the president of the country." (Wikipedia)

I guess they continued with the court appeal to "exonerate" him altogether.
