Ukraine Hits Giant Baltic Oil Terminal Linked to 'Shadow Fleet' as Drone Barrage Sweeps Russia

Ukrainian drones struck the port of Primorsk on the Baltic Sea – one of Russia’s largest oil export hubs – according to Leningrad Oblast Governor Alexander Drozdenko.

“A fuel tank was damaged, causing a fire. Firefighting efforts are underway, and personnel have been evacuated,” he wrote on Telegram, without providing further details.

According to Russian media, the port of Primorsk is a major transshipment point for Russian oil and Euro-5 low-sulfur diesel fuel, with a loading capacity of about 1 million barrels of oil and 300,000 barrels of diesel per day.
