Multiple people were taken into custody Monday evening outside of an event at University of California, Berkeley, on the final stop of a controversial college tour for Turning Point USA, a conservative advocacy group whose founder Charlie Kirk was fatally shot at a tour stop at a campus in Utah two months ago

Protesters earlier Monday filled up UC Berkeley's Lower Sproul Plaza in front of the Zellerbach Auditorium, the site of the Turning Point USA event taking place later in the evening.

A fight broke out between a Kirk supporter selling merchandise and a protester and both were taken into custody by authorities, the Kirk supporter with visible injuries.
A large police presence at the campus included Berkeley police, Alameda County sheriff's deputies and San Francisco police.

Violence........then they can ignore the Posse Comatatus Act, enable the Insurrection Act, and establish Marshal Law using the entirety of the U.S. Military across the U.S
Although, the Republicans are already doing this by targeting BLUE Cities and States with ICE, Border Patrol, National Guard, FBI, Secret Service, ATF, etc etc etc.........and setting up D.C. for the Republican Politicians to use DC as their fortress/compound......now and in the future....

They fear that a crowd of protestors will come to DC looking for them, and they want to be prepared to massively combat them. The Republicans in the U.S. Senate, .....The U.S. House,..... and the U.S. Supreme Court,...... saw the damage a few thousand of their MAGAots accomplished during the J6th insurrection, and they fear the same thing happening by opposing protestors in much larger numbers........
