Source: Variety
Joe Bidens son Hunter sat down for a three-hour-plus interview with Channel 5s Andrew Callaghan that touches on all of the scandals both real and conspiracy he has faced since being in the public eye."
Biden said that he chose to appear on the online show because he has enjoyed Callaghans interview style and projects in the past, saying that they met through a mutual friend. I was criticized for suggesting the young man be given a staff job to keep him busy. Guess we'll see what he has to say.
I did find the comments about Carville & Axelrod to be funny and direct, and it's good that he's sticking up for his dad.
It's Festivus in July if you want some airing of grievances..

EDIT: I've listened some more and he's actually picked a very good format and acquitted himself very well. Interviewer is very hands off and back-fills the video w/context in a non-intrusive manner. I thought it was a gag/tabloid sort of thing but it's actually very well done.

(8,794 posts)how it affects the lives of millions of people in terms of policy. Biden's pardon even further eroded public trust and made Trump's "what about" nonsense that much more credible when muddying the moral waters. The world is full of nepo elites with silver spoons, full of people addicted to drugs, full of people willing to use public service for private gain, but what matters to me remains Hunter's role in hurting Democrats generally because it ultimately hurts the public. Being honest, I wish he would just go into private life and never be heard from again.
