Exclusive: Proposal outlines large-scale 'Humanitarian Transit Areas' for Palestinians in Gaza
Source: Reuters
A proposal seen by Reuters and bearing the name of a controversial U.S.-backed aid group described a plan to build large-scale camps called Humanitarian Transit Areas inside - and possibly outside - Gaza to house the Palestinian population, outlining a vision of "replacing Hamas' control over the population in Gaza."
The $2 billion plan, created sometime after February 11 and carrying the name of the U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, or GHF, was submitted to the Trump administration, according to two sources, one of whom said it was recently discussed in the White House.

The plan, reviewed by Reuters, describes the camps as "large-scale" and "voluntary" places where the Gazan population could temporarily reside, deradicalize, re-integrate and prepare to relocate if they wish to do so.

It calls for using the sprawling facilities to "gain trust with the local population" and to facilitate U.S. President Donald Trump's "vision for Gaza."

(3,440 posts)Planned since October 7th, methodically carried out, and enabled by the "human shields" BS, lies and deceit, propaganda and the silence and arms of the West. A shameful stain on humanity, what we have allowed to be done to Palestinians. If this next atrocity is allowed to proceed, we need a long-overdue reckoning of who we are and what we stand for.

(6,192 posts)I think the usual name for it is genocide. Same as he wants to do with all non-whites and non-magas here in the U.S. Geesh! He's already one step ahead with his hastily thrown together concentration camps, complete with gators and snakes (and that's not even describing the 2-legged predators).

(2,776 posts)1. Move everyone into refugee camps (where many of them have lived for generations).
2. Bulldoze Gaza.
3. Build Trump condos wall to wall.
Problem solved.

Megalomaniacs seeking to take over the world?
Trump is merely a delusional pawn in this. He'll be happy with his new seaside resort property.
Who is really behind it? I say bullshit regarding settlers; I abhor them as much as I do Trump.
I really don't know if it will keep Netanyahu out of prison.
What is the real end game?

(10,651 posts)For every TSF scheme, there is a transaction that benefits him or a major donor. So the donors expect something in return. No transparency tells you all you need to know about how the humanitarians nature of this Foundation.
From CBS news:
Asked why the GHF was not being more transparent about its funding, organization and management, Moore declined to give further information about those matters, instead noting the group's daily press release to news organizations that lists the number of meals it says it has distributed and other "operations on the ground."
The GHF has been surrounded by controversy from the moment it commenced operations in mid-May. Just days after it launched its operation in Gaza, the group's first executive director, American Jake Wood, announced his resignation, saying it had become clear the foundation would not be allowed to operate independently. GHF then said it was winding down its operation in Switzerland after Swiss authorities said it was breaching rules for foundations registered in that country.
