Rubio has revealed a devastating fact to the Russians: If the Russians don't quit bombing Ukraine for a while (maybe a month or two), then the US will pull out and cease to arm and assist Ukraine leaving it entirely at the mercy of the Russians.

This sort of inside information to an enemy was previously called treason but I am willing to believe this instance was done at Trump's instigation.
