Fairbanks elections: Barbara Haney and Patrick Roach run for borough assembly seat I
FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTUU/KTVF) - In the 2025 municipal election, incumbent Barbara Haney and challenger Patrick Roach are both running for seat I on the Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly.
Haney said the borough will be facing tight budgetary issues over the next few years.
“You need somebody who’s understood the background behind those expenditures and be able to know how to make those cuts and right-size our borough,” she said.
She wants to protect civil liberties and help the private sector to grow.
