Is There Any Way Aileen Canon's "Permanent" Block of Jack Smith's Report to Be Unblocked?

I was trying to research this, but I am not a legal scholar. Just wondering if this is possible?

Its already leaked (well, sort of). So, apparently there was a DOJ attorney that had a copy and emailed it to herself. Volaris 16 hrs ago #17

A higher court could order it released, or perhaps the next president could simply release it, since it was a product of the executive branch.

Blatant loyalist.

Was that draw of Cannon Garland's fault for "slow walking"?

I knew that was a mistake. I was not one bit surprised that Cannon went out of her way to keep it in her court. T
he ones in Florida who assigned it to her should not have given such a hugely important case to such an inexperienced and incompetent judge, who should never have been appointed.

There was a lot of work done and much video evidence gathered, plus everything else involved. This should not have gone for naught.

And of course, the worst Biden appointee, Merrick Garland only cared about upholding the institution and not prosecuting the Orange Felon. He dilly dallied along and delayed naming a special prosecutor for over a year. I still think Garland had no desire whatsoever to prosecute Trump.

But yesterday they cancelled hearings that were supposed to be in September and didn't set a new date.

block information which exposes wrong-doing that presents a national security issue.

And, in case I have to put it in simple terms: If your leaders have corrupt pasts, they are vulnerable to blackmail and thus, a national security risk.

Shes being prosecuted for this by DOJ.
HOWEVER...
When her attorneys asked for discovery, one of the documents turned over to them by the prosecution...
Was a copy of the exact same report she emailed herself.
OOPS.
So now I guess the question is, is the presiding judge gonna go ahead and sit these goon lawyers down at the same defense table as the accused?
Or, does everyone just get to go the fuck home and call it a day ???
