Is it common sense as Kavanaugh ruled to racially profile working class Latinos and kill them?
Senator Ruben Gallego @SenRubenGallegoSupreme Court Justice Kavanaugh wrote that it's okay to racially profile if you speak spanish, speak english with an accent, or work on a construction site. He called it "common sense." Is it common sense to racially profile working class Latinos and kill them? I don't think so.
