I'm surprised that some of them don't seem to know what's going on in DC, what's being voted on, hearings, etc. That happened today when I called about Blanche. And they never ask for my name or zip code anymore, & that used to be standard. Do they get that info from my smartphone or do they just not care about that anymore? Would they ask for personal info if I called from a burner phone?
Anyway, times have changed.
