Cuba is the longer island, just under Florida. Haiti and the DR to the right and slightly below Cuba with Jamaica below Cuba and to the left of Haiti/DR.

Cuba, to me, does not look as if Trump "flagged" it.

Did he actually say anything about the need for more wars or imperialism?

I believe it is his fever dream, but please provide some context.
