Seems another 'northern migration' is possible---
when it becomes just too goddamned HOT to live in the south---
but it gets hot up here now too, but pretty cold in the winter....

I have some very long-lived ancestors,

(20,932 posts)We feel pretty worried, out here in the Pacific with the risks.
Good luck to all of us somehow turning around all this damage. One of the parts of this whole nightmare that hurts most is the lost opportunities to turn it around.
Still, as bad as it is, and it is, and it will be, it is not an option to give up and doing what can be done, at speed.
