Bangor Daily says ICE shooting was in Biddeford, southern

Can Congress pass a bill prohibiting ICE from carrying guns? If ICE feels guns are needed, they can contact local or state law enforcement to accompany them. At least local/state LEOs are trained.

Mandatory dash cams and body cams

They are cutting vehicles off and if incidental contact comes about that's probably their excuse for deadly force

They are most likely causing the collisions

I think it would be wise for anyone who is not white to have front and back cams that's can't be erased.
