... the malignant spawn of an unholy union between Lurch and Uncle Fester skips away unscathed again. The Statute of Limitations has probably expired on the Medicaid fraud charges, but that evil fuck WILL pay someday. He has too many crimes to his credit to dodge all those bullets.

Sorry, but IMO letting some criminals walk free doesn't mean that every crook should get the same. Two wrongs don't make a right.
