That rig looks like quite a lightning rod.

It is beyond sickening that a temporary stadium is being built on the lawn, but this is an additional slap in the face to those of us who respected the capitol. In addition to security, I assume we get stuck with the cost of removing it, clean up and fixing the lawn.

If it was just having this event on that day in DC, I assume an appropriate venue ALREADY EXISTED.
