Ukraine launched Huge Drone Attack on Moscow: Moscow Wasn't Ready for This Attack

Ukraine just launched the largest drone attack of the war against Moscow, bringing the war home to the residents of the Russian capital city. And this is just the beginning. This wasn’t a lucky strike, it was the result of months of slowly degrading Russian air defense across the country to where Putin can no longer protect everything, everywhere.

I agree that this is just the beginning. Ukraine doesn't have to just take it anymore.

People in Kyiv had to grab their kids and a few blankets and spend the night in a subway station because Russia targeted residential buildings.

Kyiv is still targeting high value military and infrastructure targets, not civilian buildings. Civian tartes are hit only by Ukrainian drones knocked off target, usually by electronic warfare, or by Russian air defense that has gone off target.

If people in Moscow are finding it hard to sleep, perhaps it's time to make videos telliung Putin to end his futile war. Those should work about as well as Russian air defense does.

And it disrupts their lives.

And maybe they are grateful to Zelensky for sparing them.

I'd be pretty nervous, too, especially if I lived above the sixth floor or so of a high rise apartment building.

Still, the chances of getting hit in Moscow vs. Kyiv are small.
