My 2028 favorite is the candidate who runs on impeachment of Roberts, Thomas, Alito

And the three jokers that pedophile put onto the court. I challenge the procedure fetish Dems to run on that and show some backbone

But they would be the ones to sign a bill expanding the court and neutralizing the current MAGA majority.

Impeachment/removal of a SC Justice isn’t going to happen, although that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be investigations, hearings and articles of impeachment filed.

Court expansion is the only feasible solution- I recommend you make it your litmus test.
