Ifill is a civil rights lawyer who used to be chief counsel for the NAACP

Prelogar was Biden’s Solicitor General, and a brilliant legal mind (listen to some of her arguments in front of SCOTUS on the immunity case)

Kahn was Biden’s head of the FTC (frankly, I’d like to see her back there filing aggressive antitrust actions against the mega corps, but otherwise, she’s perfect for SCOTUS).

Raskin, welll…’nuff said.

Alternates/additional nominees if we’re expanding to 15:

Any of the law professors who run the “Strict Scrutiny” podcast.
