But I hate to inform you that the DNC didn’t spend $millions on consultants to learn “how to listen to men” to turn around and nominate a woman again in 2028.

The good news is, by 2036 that calcified, entrenched system should be gone, clearing the path for Senator Ocasio-Cortez to win the Nomination.

Do you pledge to vote for a woman in the 2028 primary? If so, who?

I’m not that excited about anyone else mentioned in the current polling (AOC isn’t going to run)

Of those not mentioned in the polls, Chris Murphy has piqued my interest.

How about you?

He will come on the heels of a failed, probably insane already, Pres. The country will have been run into the ground economically. No way do the pukes get another shot at the Presidency for a long time.

first win, after GWB lied the country into Iraq and had the biggest finacial collapse since the Great Depression our countrymen and woman saw fit to give the GOP the biggest midterm blowout win in modern history because the dems tried to start to fix our Healthcare system.

A repeated pattern where Rs leave the country a hot mess and stir up some kind of bullshit the country guzzles down like an oreo milkshake to take power yet again.

Put it this way, the "Year 2000" version of Al Gore was fairly dripping with charisma in comparison to Mark Kelly.

Kelly is an amazing man and I'm WAY happy he's my senator. But friends, he is a *boring* orator. He's Cabinet material though to be sure, I'd love to see him there, but he will never win POTUS. It's an absolute shame, too, because I think he'd BE great at it.

St. LOUIS MO:

My personal note ... lots of good people out there, it'll be hard to choose but it's time to start looking at good candidates now, besides reading about the loser in the WH today, I do get tired of reading about his crap of the day.

How Cara Spencer won the mayor’s race—and what comes next...
...
On Tuesday, Cara Spencer was elected mayor of the city of St. Louis in an avalanche, winning nearly two-thirds of the vote. Spencer’s victory was expected, but the margin surprised many and means she’ll assume office as mayor on Tuesday with a clear mandate.
...
What comes first for Spencer?

Spencer is known for preferring to handle things herself—whether it’s managing her own media relations or installing her own stop sign. A booster will tell you she’s not afraid to be in the trenches. A detractor will tell you she micromanages. One close observer of city politics cautions, “City government is too big to micromanage. The staff that Cara surrounds herself with will be absolutely key. Priority number one must be to put staff in place that she can trust will do a good job, then let them…”

Or someone like them

Klobuchar has a longer legislative record, and her depth and breadth of experience is valuable. IMO she is excellent in public interviews. She gives well-informed and well formed answers to interviewers’ questions. I read her book Anitrust. It is a bit redundant, but explains the issue clearly.

Spanberger is also well spoken. Answers questions clearly, and concisely. Worked at CIA, which may help facing the disaster emerging under Trump.

I supported and voted for Harris, but I don’t think she is a good extemporaneous speaker, and we need someone who is.
