So Pirro drops the case against Jerome Powell as Tillis demanded, then

Leavitt comes out and says the case is not over. Pirro also tries to claim it is just being "transferred" to the IG. Obviously, there was no evidence against Powell and whole thing was loony tunes from the beginning.

But if Tillis wants to be taken seriously, he should stick to his guns and demand that the case be dropped period. We'll see.

Also, I was reluctantly impressed with Tillis during the Noem hearing a few weeks ago when he verbally destroyed her and by his demand that the case against Powell be dropped. But it's infuriating, because it shows what Rs could be doing if they wanted to. They could stop this war. They could have stopped all these "misfit toys" cabinet members. You name it. It's their fault.

Voters will not forget next November!

and Tillis has been able to affect change on a couple of things that were important to him. He decided to take a stand on his way out, but what if all the Rs acted together? It would be so much more powerful. My opinion is that that didn't and isn't happening because they agree with trump. I'm done giving them passes for being "afraid." They like his agenda, and they like their cushy jobs.

endless supply of staff to bully, 275 days paid vacation a year, ~$175,000 salary, fully vested retirement after 6 years, DC amenities….The higher they climb, the farther they fall. They’re afraid of losing the amenities. And who can guess about the blackmail??
The criminals are running the country. Go along to get along, or pay a big, big price. They're all wimps.

Lying is his primary MO. They have all learned it well. You can't negotiate in a business like way with untrustworthy people, you have to make it impossible for them to renege.

As for Republican congress people - LOL
