There is something that is wrong with the talks with Iran?

Trump started this war! Trump claims victory in the war! Trump chickens out after several threats during this war!

Then why are we in talks with in Iran when Trump sends Jumper Dumpster to deal with Iran?

Make absolutely no sense whatsoever to me! Why is Trump not there conducting the talks? He claims he is a negotiating genius?
