What happened to Venezuela oil.

Weren't we told Trump would be "liberating" their huge oil supplies and wouldn't that lower prices?

and not all oil companies have the capabilities or equipment to do so. I don't think it allows the volume or speed in getting to market to make a difference. Just kind of what I remembered hearing way back when he took control of it.

Wasn't there some meeting where some company guy said to his face they can't or won't..
