As far as making friends, that's secondary. I've made friends and enemies, and then there are the trolls - some are silly, some are cutting, but hey it's the anonymous internet where things are not always what they seem. HOPE YOU STAY.

that I was at war with all of DU in one of my threads. Anyway I think you’re an important voice here. I had to take several breaks and then I’d be back when I got fired up enough to post. Maybe take a break, read, then post again later.

I decided that my best use of my intellect and skills is to follow my Dad , who has a union man and fearless protector of the oppressed .
I am preparing to defend thr constitution with my life . Posting here and trying to make the case for bold action is fruitless . I’ve been in federal and municipal law enforcement. I’m not afraid .

I completely disagreed with the removal, although I didn't protest it at the time. Pouted for a while. Hey, it still bugs me if I let it. Hope you'll reconsider, my friend.

just to say you are not alone....I have had some sad incidents here too and there is an ignore feature to block further comments from a totally unacceptable poster.
I have had to use it. You don't see what they post and it's a relief....
