but IMHO, pontificating on it as a politician is just wrong. Way too much blending the two together these days as a political tool.
Jimmy Carter was obviously religious, but I dont remember him ever spewing biblical stuff from the WH. He simply lived his beliefs to his dying dayobviously not an act to garner votes.
I suppose Ive had a bellyful of the Repukes in general and the orange bawbag in particular using religion (especially when its a complete pretense) to sucker in ignorant, easily-led people. The whole thing turns my stomach.
