We get our TV service through DISH. M-F it automatically records ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox from 8-11pm. Even if the TV is off. So I fear that that our TV will be counted in viewing the disaster tomorrow might. Trust me, but we will not be watching. We will probably catch up on The Lincoln Lawyer of Netflix.

If someone is not a Nielsen household, it doesn't matter what they watch.
