We don't have to worry about dying outside the door of a hospital or going bankrupt from medical debt

On his Bluesky page he offers a choice:
"Believe in yourself! Work hard, never give up & anything's possible! OR: Kick back, relax & aim low: You'll never be disappointed..."

For much of my life I chose to aim low. Better to aim high and keep at it.
