Mitch McConnell is responsible for Trumps second term

If McConnell had not blocked Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court he would not have been Biden’s attorney general and Trump may have been convicted in time to stop him from running in 2024

He and Republicans had the perfect opportunity to convict Trump and prevent him from ever holding public office again. They cravenly put party politics over their oath to the Constitution.

He also taught future assholes like Mike Johnson how to sandbag the entire process in the name of partisanship.

It should be 5-4 with no kicking the can down the road. And no judicial "cunctation" over matters of paramount importance.

Not taking a serious look at what the GOP had/has become and not properly defending and ignoring our flank.

Being too comfortable in the trappings of government. Playing to the MSM and not to the truth. Minimizing the voices who saw what was coming and what was always there.

In 2020, Biden got 81.28 million votes and Trump got 74.22 million votes.
In 2024, Trump got 77.3 million votes and Harris got 75.02 million votes.

And that's why Trump won.
