I run a cat sanctuary in south Texas, and I started crying when I read the part about taking care of animals. I am one of MANY who do this, and I can tell you that it's been a hard year. Most of us down here don't have much time to complain because there is so much work to be done.

Cat food and meds have not only shot through the roof in price, but there have been avenues of getting things we need that have been closed off because of the tariffs, etc.

This post is indeed inspiration. Thank you for sharing!
