A simple five year health care plan

1st Year: The Medicare qualifying age is reduced from 65 to 55

2nd Year: All children under 18 are covered

3rd Year: The qualifying age is reduced from 55 to 45

4th Year: The qualifying age is reduced from 45 to 35

5th Year: The qualifying age is eliminated

The American People should be able to do this with a resultant major drop in stress although one potential negative consequence is that we might lose Bill Maher to another country that isn't as enlightened.
