For those who are wondering why the Biden Administration didn't release the Epstein files

I saw a video yesterday (I forget by who) which explained perfectly why Democrats didn't scream for the files to be released under Biden. It was because Democrats assumed the DOJ was doing their job in reviewing and investigating the files. And it turns out they were right. This article explains how the investigation was still ongoing through the end of Biden's term, and Trump ended it immediately upon taking office.

Trump Killed a Biden-era Epstein Probe, Fired the Prosecutors, and Stole the Files
Epstein survivors have confirmed with democrats in congress that they participated in a massive Biden-era investigation into Epstein's co-conspirators, but Trump and Pam Bondi closed it.

In a brutal and revealing letter from Jamie Raskin to Pam Bondi, Epstein survivors confirm that there was a sprawling criminal investigation into Epstein and Maxwell’s uncharged co-conspirators. Rep. Raskin wants to know why the Trump administration commandeered that probe, transferred the files to Pam Bondi and Kash Patel, and then shuttered the investigation after declaring there was no credible evidence to predicate further investigation.

Given Trump’s latest move to shield release of the files by opening a new investigation (controlled by him), it’s important to understand that all of this is an effort to protect the perpetrators at the expense of the survivors.

I’ll share all the documents and letters today at Noon PT / 3 PM ET live on the Meidas network. Here’s a link to watch. If you can’t make it at noon, I’ll send out a link where you can re-watch later today.

Biden's DOJ was deciding who to charge and with what. Under ALL past Presidents, the DOJ under the new President would finish the work started by the DOJ under Biden's administration. They were being thorough to try to make sure charge everyone that was involved in the criminal activities.

There is no law preventing the DOJ from releasing the files at any time. And obviously, the Trump DOJ has done nothing with them toward charging anyone. SO I don't think Trump ordered investigation of Clinton etc, to block their release. I think he is confident that the Senate will not pass the bill. I think he's hoping his DOJ can find something to charge Clinton etc. with. Based on everything that is known, they will fail to find anything on Clinton but could find something on Democratic donors.

But for those people who are so sure the files have been destroyed or "scrubbed" or whatever, this news of the Biden's DOJ investigation shows that will not work. There were obviously a bunch of people involved in the investigation, some of whom may still work for the DOJ and some who don't. But everyone who worked on that investigation knows what is in the files and likely could name many people they were prepared to charge. I'm confident that information will come out in some way sooner or later.
