I get the impression that with the exception of Bondi and Leavitt, most of the other staff and cabinet members hate him and each other. The kind of people who's marriages are shams, their kids hate them, no real friends ever. They bond with each other over their shared greed and their hatred and jealousy of other people.

Also in Washington there's military staff who oversees lowering and raising the flag. Not sure why they let the flag touch the ground. The Rose garden would still be there, but the obscenely large flag pole in the back he had put in (one of two--the other in the front) isn't perfectly straight. I think the picture shows this. Maybe it was too big and interfered with helicopters as you suggested, or the rigging failed--he often hires shady companies.
