good luck with that. last i checked teh BBC was a british company. i'm pretty sure they are judgement proof in us courts

1. Sue for what? Defamation demands harm to the plaintiff’s reputation. Trump has nothing to depreciate.

2. Is Trump’s MO to settle with the condition of getting his buddy Murdoch a stake, perhaps a controlling stake in the BBC?
