Reality versus Perception is a Problem with Epstein
The Epstein/Maxwell/Trump syndicate was hideous, illegal, immoral, evil and all of them deserve to be locked into very isolated prison cells.
However the reality of the sex trafficking that went on for decades (with the help of many people in positions of power including Pam Bondi, both then and now) and the reality of what exactly that means: preying upon very vulnerable youth, grooming them, rewarding them, THREATENING HARM TO THEIR FAMILIES, absolute mind control, is very different from what many people's perceptions are in this case.
By using the words "children" and "pedophiles" when talking about (for the most part) girls 16 and older is creating this horribly wrong perception that they were horny teenagers, not kids.
Some of the victims of Epstein have talked about this. People don't believe they were innocent because they did not run away when they were free to do so.
Reality is that these young girls and women were in a cult even if they didn't realize it.
Perception is that you're lying about it if you refer to the victims as children which infers 8 years old, not 16 year old sexually active teens.
People in MAGA and right wing spheres pushing this perception are liars and hypocrites but I am kinda shocked at Megyn Kelly:
These people are evil because they are trying SOOOO hard to change the reality of sex trafficking to a perception that it only exists when we're talking about under 8, 10 or 14 I guess.
