the Ukrainians. Even smaller camping type units with some panels. I'm constantly reading about their power outages. It won't keep them warm, but less dependency on gas generators. I mentioned this before elsewhere, hoping that will do them some good and people will spread the word to appropriate people.

Like most places, they probably don't get much sun in the winter, but most solar will just charge slower if you can get enough.
