So was there a "spa" at Merde-a-Lago where young girls were being abused?

When Trump accuses Epstein of "stealing his girls", isn't that what he is referring to?

apparently where Maxwell found more than one girl, groomed her, and brought her into Epstein's circle. And, apparently, Cankles knew about it because he was angry that Epstein was "stealing his girls."

But it was Maxwell who groomed Virginia Giuffre, and apparently others, so it sounds like Giuffre was an attendant in a woman's locker room.
