I'm STUNNED that the world is STILL expecting future trillionaire Musk to "do something" major for "humanity."
I think that if we've learned anything from Trump, it's that some people are simply no damned good. And the worse we are, the more we try to assign noble qualities to them that they do not have, and do not want.
The reason for the post is Billie Eilish: Huge Pop Star Slams Pathetic P***y B***h Coward Elon Musk
On one hand, good for her, and good for her rant.
On the other, when did we ever "expect more" from Musk, and why?
The turning point for me was when he bounced and pranced and minced across Trump's MAGAt "rally" stage like a drugged little Afrikaner pony, in a display so embarrassing that even Trump asked "What's wrong with Elon?"
We shouldn't expect a megalomaniac, a malignant narcissist, and a drug abuser to be "noble" or "driven to do something really nice for humanity." He literally does not give a shit, and if you've heard / read interviews with him, you know that he considers his presence on the planet to BE his "gift to humanity." He thinks he's a visionary, a prophet, a seer, a sage, rather than a drugged chimpanzee bouncing around in his K-hole.
He just wants to sit in his counting house, where nothing counts but more (tip of the hat to Michael Nesmith for that one).
