Tinfoil hat time: What if the deal to reopen the government wasnt actually about getting a vote to extend the ACA

What if the deal to extend the ACA premium subsidies by the senate (which wouldnt actually be taken up by the house) was actually code for a vote on HR 185 -to release the Epstein files?

The payoff for the shutdown was shrinking for Democrats. The Epstein files are causing chaos. Better to end the shutdown, get the vote in the subsidies (which has a chance of passing), and unleash the hounds on Trump.

And they know a collapse of it will be very painful for their states.
