What if the deal to extend the ACA premium subsidies by the senate (which wouldnt actually be taken up by the house) was actually code for a vote on HR 185 -to release the Epstein files?

Kind of like throwing a hammer in the bicycle wheel spokes. Using republican-style chaos to go at it another way.

The payoff for the shutdown was shrinking for Democrats. The Epstein files are causing chaos. Better to end the shutdown, get the vote in the subsidies (which has a chance of passing), and unleash the hounds on Trump.
