I am sure that a former president could deliver a Killer monologue. Didn't that give him conniptions a few years ago?

Instead of experiencing it like a regular person would, he thinks in terms of retaliation. He even cheats at that, using government resources to achieve it. Cheap trick.
I know someone who is capable of retaliation and does it on occasion. This person maintains that a good retaliation is when they dont know who caused it.
