Did Halligan pull some nefarious shit in the grand jury hearing and destroy the evidence?

“It appears there was no court reporter present,” the judge said, or the court reporter had stopped taking notes.
The missing section is important because Attorney General Pam Bondi had said she reviewed the presentations as part of the government’s arguments that Lindsey Halligan had the authority to secure an indictment against the former FBI director.
“It became obvious to me that the attorney general could not have reviewed” the entire proceeding, Currie said.
The “missing” portion of the grand jury transcripts that Currie referred to was from 4:28pm ET until the return of the indictment, which happened much later in the evening.

So basically the hearing is null and void, because Halligan didn't know any better.

It’s embarrassing and undermines the subtext of the Trump administration’s argument that the cases were handled perfectly routinely … even though Halligan is an insurance lawyer with no experience as a prosecutor who was hastily appointed by her former client Trump to beat the statute of limitations clock, which was about to strike midnight in the Comey case. In short, the new revelations further highlighted how nothing about either case is normal.

The Grand Jury hearing ran overtime and the court reporter had to leave to pick up her kids. There was nobody to record the proceedings. And yet Lisa Halligan submitted it anyway and Pam Bondi said she reviewed and approved the court transcripts. (She obviously lied.)

No way. Trump would never allow it. He is a letter of the law kinda guy - that's just the way he rolls.
