it will highlight that the problems afflicting this nation are more extensive than just that orange piece of shit in the White House.

so, 1 and 2 are quite likely. While it would have been a little better had the case been litigated in DC, the jury pool in the Eastern District of Virginia whould still provide him with a very favorable jury pool.

I saw an analysis a couple days ago that contended Halligan’s inclusion of so much documentary evidence in her reponse to Comey’s Motion to Dismiss was her way to get the emails in the public becuse she has doubts she will ever get to do so in trial because it wont happen.

Whatever happens, I think the judge and jury have his back in this case.

It seems, though, he may have legal jeopardy elsewhere though. His notes found in the unburnt burn bags dont seem helpful. How those were never destroyed only to supposedly be found in an obscure, seldomly used closet is interesting, to say the least.

I’m conflicted on Comey. I’ll go to my grave believing he caused great harm to HRC in 2016 and plausibly cost her the race. But, because he’s the enemy of my enemy (Trump), he’s my friend…sort of.
